Because the Institute for Pastoral Care is a corporation, it is important that we remain accountable to our shareholders.

Who are the "shareholders" in a non-profit Christian organization? First and foremost, it is God. We are ultimately accountable to Him. Therefore, board members pray and guard the spiritual tone of the ministry. "Shareholders" also include people who either donate to or benefit from the services that we provide.

The following individuals currently make up the Board of Directors. They ensure that the mission of the organization is being fulfilled. They provide accountability and resources to make sure the business of the organization is supported financially and executed with ethical excellence. They are responsible to make sure that the human and financial resources are stewarded well.
